Camp Packing List (Cabin Camping)

 

Clothing:

long pants

shorts

Sweatshirt or light jacket

Shirts

Underwear

Pajamas or other comfortable sleep clothes

Rain poncho

Several pairs of socks

2 pairs of closed-toe shoes (no open-toe shoes allowed at camp)

Swap hat

 

Toiletries:

Toothbrush and toothpaste (in baggie marked with name)

Hairbrush and hair ties (necessary around campfire)

Washcloth, handtowel/bath towel (large baggie for wet wash cloth)

Sunscreen

Bug repellant

Optional: chapstick, tissues, medications, etc.

(All medication must be handed over to leader with proper forms)

 

Miscellaneous:

dinner for Friday night in a completely disposable container

money, ($5), for possible snack stop on the drive

refillable water bottle

personal journal and pens/pencils

flashlight and extra batteries

sleeping bag

fitted sheet for mattress (to go under sleeping bag and to cover mattress)

pillow

lovey to sleep with, if needed

sun hat

sit-upon (if you have one)

Good Attitude

 

No electronics, radios allowed in camp.

Do not bring umbrellas, candy, chewing gum, hairspray/perfume.
